Epiphany

This girl is perhaps the best reggae singer.  Epiphany was raised to be free-spirited, independent, honest, and bold.   Epiphany started singing at the piano before she could speak a sentence. Impressed by her talent her father began having her perform for his friends. At age 10, Epiphany started taking piano lessons and joined a church choir. She immediately took on a dominating role in the choir mastering harmonies and teaching them to the other children. When she attended sleep away camp, she earned the lead role in every musical for eight summers in a row.

At the age of 15, Epiphany auditioned for the voice department at LaGuardia High School of the Performing Arts.   She received one of the highest grades on the test and was admitted promptly. At LaGuardia High School Epiphany studied the usual musical curriculum for vocalists as well as becoming actively involved in extracurricular activities such as varsity indoor track, men's varsity soccer, varsity basketball and gospel choir. Soon after high school, Epiphany went away to Buffalo University. At the end of her junior year she came to the conclusion that she must go back to New York City to pursue her dream- entertainment (particularly music.)

In New York City, Epiphany attended Baruch College while pursuing her career in entertainment. While in school, Epiphany started to perform her own original music at many Manhattan venues (China Club, etc.) She has and continues to appear in music videos (Mariah Carey, etc.), television shows (Dave Chapelle, etc.), radio shows (Downshift Radio, etc.) commercials (Buffalo Hair Salon, etc.), fashion shows (Gemini Lounge, etc.), websites (DJ Patricia Starr, etc.) and has done voice-over work (Digital Mobb, etc).

As a solo artist Epiphany has been working closely with the famous Jamaican dancer Bruk-Up." For a moment she was also in a group with him and the comedian "Lecturer." The group produced a single 45 under the GR label which was played on Hot 97, 105.1, 93.5, Miami radio stations and radio stations in Jamaica.   Epiphany has also worked with renowned producer "Keyboard Money Mike." She has worked with many famous platinum artists such as KRS-1, Ultra magnetic MC's, Tim Dawg and LL Cool J, to name a few.

She has also worked with other select producers such as, renowned DJ and producer Patricia Starr, Steve E, JB (Digital Mob), Tony Dofat (Bad Boy- Making of the Band), and the famous producer from Hot 97- Juganot (Heavy Hitters). Epiphany has performed musical collaborations with Bruk Up, Lecturer, Firestarters, and The Parallel Click.
